Terms & Conditions
The Online Booking System managed by LIBERTAS HR LLC enables guests to explore, select, and reserve overnight accommodations and additional services across a diverse network of hospitality establishments branded and operated under the LIBERTAS HR LLC umbrella (collectively referred to as the "Properties"). These Properties may include hotels, boutique residences, luxury resorts, and other types of temporary lodging facilities offering hospitality services tailored to both business and leisure travelers.
Throughout the reservation process—which is systematically explained in Article 3 of these Terms—the Platform offers detailed insights into each listed Property. This includes the category and size of rooms available, the dates for which rooms can be reserved, full breakdowns of pricing inclusive of applicable taxes, descriptions of included amenities, and upgradeable options such as meal plans, spa treatments, or early check-in and late check-out where offered. Each booking also comes with clearly presented payment rules and any rate-specific terms that the customer must review before proceeding. These include, but are not limited to, cancellation and refund policies, timeframes for modifications, check-in and check-out hours, policies for loyalty or promotional rates, and house rules related to the guest experience.
Every Property affiliated with LIBERTAS HR LLC defines and publishes its own Specific Terms on the Platform. These tailored provisions are provided transparently prior to the confirmation of any booking. Examples of such conditions include required check-in documentation, Wi-Fi and internet access limitations, accommodation rules concerning minors, and detailed pet policies. For instance, some Properties may only accept animals in designated rooms and require pets to be kept on a leash or confined to a carrier while in public areas. Moreover, animals are strictly forbidden from entering food preparation or dining areas to uphold hygiene protocols and guest safety.
In compliance with statutory obligations enforced in certain jurisdictions, guests may be obligated to complete a guest registration document, sometimes referred to as a police form, upon arrival at the Property. To meet this requirement, guests are expected to provide an official identity document—such as a passport or national ID—for verification. This ensures that the Property can determine whether a formal registration is legally mandated for that guest.
Guests who choose to utilize the Platform’s digital check-in feature consent to LIBERTAS HR LLC and/or the hosting Property pre-filling the registration form using the personal and travel-related information submitted at the time of booking. Upon arrival, it is the guest’s responsibility to carefully review the information presented in the pre-filled form, correct any inaccuracies, and sign the form to complete the legal check-in procedure.
In cases where a guest refuses to sign the required documentation—whether the police form or any registration paperwork—the Property reserves the legal right to withhold access to the reserved room. Such refusal shall not entitle the guest to any form of refund, compensation, or credit.
Reservations made under a non-refundable rate plan are governed by strict payment and cancellation terms. By choosing such a rate, the guest explicitly agrees that the reservation is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or reimbursed under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, voluntary trip changes, unexpected delays, medical events, visa issues, and transportation disruptions. The total value of the reservation, including room cost, taxes, and any supplementary services or amenities selected during the booking process, must be settled in full at the time the booking is confirmed. Should the guest fail to appear at the Property (a "no-show") or check out earlier than originally planned, no refund or partial credit shall be granted. These non-refundable terms are prominently displayed during the booking flow and require the guest’s explicit acceptance before a reservation may be finalized.
